Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy explains what personal information [Company legal name] (SopotBizSchool, "we", "us") collects through this website and our Services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

  • Application and contact forms — for example the Program consultation form: name, phone or Telegram, country, available capital and planned move date.
  • The track quiz (/track) — your answers about your situation, goals, budget and family, plus the contact details you leave to receive your result.
  • Consultations — the details you give when booking (through Google Calendar appointment scheduling) and what you share with us during the call.
  • Account and learning data — your email, the courses you have access to, your progress, and what you enter into course tools, templates and the AI assistant.
  • Purchases— what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are entered on our payment provider's page and never reach our servers.
  • Email sign-ups — your email when you download a library resource or subscribe to updates.
  • Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and similar data collected by cookies and analytics tools (see below).

2. How we use it

  • To provide courses, consultations and the Program you ask for.
  • To reply to your application and follow up with you.
  • To process payments and give you access to what you bought.
  • To send login links, receipts and messages you asked for.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Square — payment processing.
  • Bunny.net (Bunny Stream) — video hosting and playback; it receives your IP address and viewing data when you watch a video.
  • Google — Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KPT75KVF), Google Analytics and Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
  • Meta — the Meta Pixel, to measure our ads.
  • WhatsApp (Meta)— if you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Kommo — our CRM, where applications and quiz results are stored so we can respond to you.
  • Resend — sending emails such as login links.
  • OpenAI — powers the AI assistant and document tools inside courses; it receives the text you enter there.
  • Railway — hosting and database.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, or to a successor if our business is sold or merged.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, to remember your settings, and — through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — to understand traffic and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but you may need to log in again. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.

Fillable document templates in our courses save your progress in your own browser (localStorage). That data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax and accounting rules. Applications and quiz results are kept while we are in contact with you and then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and who we share it with;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not sell your information; to opt out of ad-related sharing through cookies, email us or block cookies in your browser;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • not be discriminated against for using these rights.

In the last 12 months we collected the categories described in section 1: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (purchases), internet activity (usage data), and information you choose to share about your finances and immigration plans. You or an authorized agent can make a request by email; we will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within 45 days.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. International users

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the U.S. and in the countries where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
