We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. The guarantee applies to courses bought for lifetime access (a one-time purchase) and to business plans.

Mini-courses are courses bought for lifetime access, so the same 7-day guarantee applies to them in full.

Business plans (the PDF and Excel financial model sold on our business-model pages) are covered by the same 7-day guarantee.

Email us at [Contact email] within 7 days of your purchase and include the email address you used to buy. You do not need to explain why. We refund the full amount to the original payment method. Once the refund is processed, access to that course or business plan ends.

The 7-day guarantee covers courses bought for lifetime access and business plans. A subscription can be cancelled at any time: you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and then it ends.

The Program is an individual consulting engagement, not a course, so the 7-day course guarantee does not apply to it. Its fees and any refund terms are agreed with you in writing before work starts.
