Terms of Use
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the SopotBizSchool website, courses, consultations and the «Business for a Visa» Program (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. What we are — and what we are not
SopotBizSchool is an educational and business-consulting service. We teach how U.S. businesses are started, bought and run, and we help clients build a real operating business in the United States.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website, in our courses, consultations, AI tools or documents is legal advice, and using the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our materials are general information for educational purposes.
We do not guarantee visa approval. Every visa decision is made solely by the U.S. consulate or the relevant U.S. government agency. The legal part of any immigration filing is handled by a licensed immigration attorney whom you engage. We may work alongside your attorney, but we do not replace one.
Financial models, budgets and revenue ranges on the site are estimates based on industry data. They are not a promise of income or results.
2. Your account
Some Services require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login link and email secure, and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
3. Access to courses
- One-time purchase. When you buy a course, you get personal access to it for as long as we offer the course on the platform, including future updates we add to it.
- Subscription. A subscription gives access to the included courses while it is active. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and then ends.
- Personal use only. Access is for you alone. Do not share your login, resell access, or let others watch through your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared or abused.
- Changes to content. We may update, reorganize or improve course content over time. Content that is "coming soon" is not available until it is published.
4. The Program and consultations
The «Business for a Visa» Program is an individual consulting engagement. Its scope, schedule and fees are agreed with you in writing before work starts. Consultations are booked through our website; a paid consultation is due at booking.
5. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Square; we do not store your card details. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. AI tools
Some courses include an AI assistant and document tools. Their output is generated automatically, can contain mistakes, and is a draft for you to check — not legal advice. Review every fact yourself and have your immigration attorney review anything you plan to file.
7. Intellectual property
All course videos, texts, templates, checklists, business plans and other materials belong to [Company legal name] or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own business and immigration preparation. You may not copy, record, publish, resell or distribute them, or use them to build a competing product, without our written permission.
Documents you create with our templates from your own information belong to you.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services: no attempts to break security, scrape content, overload the platform, or upload anything unlawful.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty that you will obtain a visa, license, loan or business result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the outcome of any visa, immigration, licensing or business decision. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
